Find Out Double Chin Exercises That Deliver

So many people spend hundreds and thousands of dollars for facial skin care yet neglect the chin, throat and neck areas. But here's the good news: you do not have to blow lots of moolah for your face, chin, neck and throat to be in great condition.

No one in his or her right mind would love his or her double chin. Having a double chin adds years to your actual age. Neither does it make you look very healthy.

Consider losing weight if your weight is over that which is right for your height and built. You've got to start working out at least one hour on a daily basis to lose excessive weight. A double chin, however, is not just a sign of being overweight.

Double chin can also be caused by chin, neck and throat muscles that are in bad shape. This is the reason why facial exercises should be done regularly to help you get rid of your double chin. Tighten these muscles by doing these double chin exercises.

Exercise one: Sit upright and bob your head back so you can look at the ceiling. Close and relax your lips as you look at the ceiling. Then open your mouth and stick your tongue out like you're trying to make it touch your chin. Keep this position for ten seconds, then close your mouth and move your head back to its first position.

Exercise two: Sit upright and move your chin upward to look at the ceiling. Then start a chewing motion with your lips closed. You should feel your neck and throat muscles working while doing this. Chew for a count of twenty.

Exercise three: Lie down near the edge of your bed and allow your head to hang towards the floor. Slowly raise your head and bring your chin to touch your chest. Keep your chin touching your chest for ten seconds. Then bring your head towards the floor and pause for a few moments before raising your head again.

Repeat these exercises five times or more each day, and keep yourself well nourished and well rested, and you'll have a normal-looking chin in thirty days.
