Eternal Youth And Immortality - A New Discovery On Anti-aging

Resveratrol, the protein molecule was discovered by a researcher from Harvard Medical School, Dr. David Sinclair. He was stunned when he found that this molecule from the red wine was actually the one responsible for making those wine consumers healthy.

Resveratrol works by resetting your body biological clock and hence slowing down aging. It acts on NPT1, the gene that controls aging by switching it on. In an experiment with mice, scientists discovered that resveratrol activated the gene and thus the mice could live 30% longer. And also it was found that the healthier mice had no heart disease or cancer.

However, you should not simply drink the red wine yet. According to Dr. David Sinclair you probably need to drink about 1000 bottles of red wine a day in order to have that same beneficial effect! So the best way is not to consume wine at all, instead take the resveratrol that are extracted from red grapes by pharmaceutical companies. It simply means head to the nearby pharmacy and get your supply.

Other than slowing down aging, many researches around the world discovered that resveratrol could also be used to control obesity, hypertension and destroy cancer.

Watch out for the percent absorption when you intend to buy resveratrol supplements. The quick guide below might help.

Method of Delivery (% absorption)

1. Pill (10%)

2. Capsule (18%)

3. Skin Patch (55%)

4. Intra-Muscular Injection (90%)

5. Oral Spray (98%)

Based on the above data you will find that taking resveratrol in the form of tablet or pill is worthless as 90% of it will go into the drain. Meaning that it is not fully absorbed by your body. Hence, the best way to get resveratrol is via intra-oral spray which is 98% absorption, period.

If you are not careful though, you could get ripped off by buying inexpensive low absorbing resveratrol pills and capsules that finally end up in the drain.

I would like to recommend that in order to get the best benefit of resveratrol, it should be combined with any of these anti-aging substances and antioxidants such as noni, acai, amalaki, goji, mangosteen, aloe vera, maqui, black currant, grape seed extract, pomegranate and pine bark extract.
